If I could give zero stars I would. I picked my daughter up from the homecoming dance tonight and went to Wendy's to get some food. After waiting in drive through 40 minutes I finally get to the window. The man was busy with other employees chatting while we waited another 10 minutes at the window. We finally get our order and drive out to the parking lot to eat. I open my burger which is a 10.00 burger and it is just two cold clumps of meat between a super greasy bun. I was going to just walk into the lobby but it appears to be backed up now and drive through only had one car. I sit there 17 minutes waiting for that car to finish getting their order and then am greeted with eyes rolling attitude asking what's wrong with the food. At this point I just asked for a refund and came home without eating. I was not offered an apology what so ever. Very disappointed and will not return to do future business.
The salad was fresh and service was friendly and fast,even more importantly they got my order right
Fries were hot and sandwich was fresh made. Friendly people and a very clean facility.
I can't give it a star. Very slow, took 30 mins for the 4 for $4. It was the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. Buns were hard, drinks were disgusting....I was very disappointed. It has one star because I had to.
We were traveling through and stopped for gas. We went through Wendy's drive thru to get a bite. I can honestly say this is one of the best Wendy's we have been to! The man that took out order was very polite. The lady who served us at the window was very nice and sociable. We got out food fast AND it was hot and fresh! What more could you ask for!
